A system like this, for example, would be a better alternative, although it's a bit bigger, but you can connect more speakers to it and do more with it.

I would certainly not buy the SC-PMX94 again. The reception on DAB is distorted despite line of sight to the Säntis station. I don't know whether this is due to the microsystem or the speakers. I have not received any support from Panasonic support!
