According to the PC Part Picker, there may be an incompatibility:

Warning: The ASRock B365M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151 motherboard supports the Intel Core i5-9400F 2.9 GHz 6-Core processor with BIOS version P4.00. If the motherboard uses an older BIOS version, a BIOS update will be required to support the CPU.

Warning: Some physical size constraints are currently not checked, such as CPU coolers and free space for RAM.
