Short update: I switched from Galaxus to Wingo and lo and behold, Wingo runs smoothly with 2nd SIM. Making and receiving calls works perfectly!
The setup was also relatively simple and exactly as it is intended, contact the network with the app, then the Wingo login appears, activate the 2nd SIM and the eSIM is loaded onto the Watch.

Officially only compatible with Swisscom, no Wingo or other resellers. But any eSIM as well as Galaxus Mobile can be activated as long as a Swisscom eSIM is in the device

If Swisscom compatible, then also M Budget? Does anyone know?
