The screen is touch-compatible, but does not allow pressure-sensitive drawing. The pen included with it is a common ink pen with a rubber cap at the other end. (No electronics in it)
According to the ASUS support, no actual stylus exists that is compatible with it.
I misunderstood the description myself and ended up sending the screen back immediately, when I realised that this was not a stylus-compatible screen.
