Is there a difference in terms of the keyboard layout (CH vs DE)? I know there is in principle, but I don't see any difference in the pictures. It has two offers with different prices, one labelled DE and the other CH. Thank you very much.

These are serial images from the manufacturer, which is why keyboards often have the same images in different layouts.

A comparison with the German keyboard layout clearly shows the differences between the keyboard layouts. For example, the @ sign is not on the Q key but on the 2 key and there is no ß to the right of the number key 0.

The Swiss keyboard layouts also differ from one another, as the software has both a German-Swiss and a French-Swiss setting, which either display the umlauts ä, ö and ü, which are common in German, or the French letters é, à and è.
