Is there an alternative with a battery to this product that is not so loud when pressed, but fits into the Feller cover frame?

No, there isn't. I don't like this button either because of that reason, and it also doesn't work 5% of the time on the first click after being "inactive" for a while. It's not a very good product, sadly. I hope they release a version 2 of it as Feller is moving away from Edizio Due and onto Edizio.liv (like it or not).
