Is there an app to back up the data to a cloud? Similar to Synology Cloud Sync.

Yes, there is an app on the operating system of the NAS (UGOS) in the "App Centre" called "Cloud Drives" which currently supports Google Drive & One Drive but I suspect there will be more in the future. I haven't tried the app myself yet, so I can't give you any more detailed information about what you can do with it. You can google for it
