is this powerbank allowed in Airplane? if i am traveling then shall i carry this in check-in bag or cabin bag?

No. According the International Air Transport Association are battery packs with only 100Wh (20000Ah, 5V) allowed.

yes it is allowed in airplanes. however you should place the powerbank beside jour bag for tsa. Otherwise they will search your whole bag.
I took this powerbank on multiple flights without any problems.
