This is not apparent from my instructions.
Furthermore: I have connected this soundbar to a Panasonic TV via HDMI. There is no information on the screen about how to set it up. The operating instructions are very poor. It explains that a light bar on the front of the device lights up to the right or left. Which speakers are meant by this is not explained. An unintelligible voice is heard for the sound setting, so you can only try it out. I have not yet downloaded an app for this. Does this mean that this soundbar only works optimally with a SAMSUNG TV? Basically, this soundbar brings a slight improvement in sound, but only when the internal TV speaker is switched off.
Conclusion: I would not recommend this expensive device with such poor operating instructions.
