Same here as in Giblengnau. Mitel works via Bluetooth. However, I would like to point out that the Bluetooth connection is made with the base station, not between the headset and the phone directly (it's a bit stupid;-)

I can't say because we use it with Mitel devices. But if it can do Bluetooth, there's a good chance it could work.
