I think that's a personal preference. Mechanically, yes, because the headphones fit well and stably.
But personally, I wouldn't wear them for sports or outside in the summer when it's hot.
(because it quickly gets warm/hot under the headphones and I find wearing over-ear headphones on sweaty ears/head uncomfortable).
