It's for my child, no problem installing Netflix and Disney+ on this tablet (I've already bought an iPad 2 and I was blocked from installing these apps because iOS wasn't recent enough)?

Basically, practically every tablet has to go through the updates before it can be used for the first time.
But you're asking a question for an iPad. The Lenovo has Android installed.
