Just a general question. When I connect the HDMI output from my console to this device, I have no picture on the TV. How do I know when to start and when to stop? Am I stupid ^^

Hello, I have an HDMI splitter in between and use the device with a (MAG254-Set Top Box IPTV [HDMI/Dolby DIGITAL/DCP] ) instead of a game console. If the output signal from the console is in DCP you need an ( HDMI splitter [HDCP/HDTV compatible]) otherwise you have no picture.
