My G502 Hero stopped working today. It lights up at the beginning but the DPI lights go out quickly. The G still lights up and the mouse reacts more or less, but the arrow moves very laggy and doesn't feel like it's working. Plugging and unplugging does not help and I have already re-installed and uninstalled G Hub several times which does not help either
It could be a defect, as we have already received reports of this problem. It would therefore make sense to register a warranty claim, our customer service team will be happy to help you with this.
