My hardware (RX470) is actually designed more for FHD - but this monitor has the native resolution of 1440p. So if I want to play in FHD, how significant is the blur on this monitor?

I have had this monitor for a few months now.
Windows should be left at full resolution, otherwise it can look unsightly.
The blurriness is noticeable in games but not particularly bad (I have changed my hardware a lot over time). I can still only recommend the monitor, even for an RX470, especially for less graphics-intensive games.
