My headphones just arrived today and I noticed that there are only 4 volume levels - silent, quiet, medium and loud - but there are no levels in between. Is this normal or are they defective? In normal use it's not so bad but in ambient mode they are quite quiet. Can anyone help me?

What does 4 volume levels mean? There is a slider in the app for the quiet mode intensity (from quiet/off to metro/airplane) but that is 30 levels. Otherwise, the volume simply depends on the Bluetooth volume (normal slider for Media...).
