Question about Roccat Kone Aimo Remastered
My Roccat Kone Aimo, which I also bought at Digitec, has a scroll bug. For example, when I want to scroll down on a website, it scrolls down, up, or doesn't scroll at all. This is very annoying and therefore my question: Can I send the mouse in and get a new one?
The encoder for the mouse wheel is rubbish. That's why I ordered a pack of 10 Alps Alpine encoders from Aliexpress. I had already changed them directly on the previous and previous predecessor. The Alps Alpine are "harder". That means the grid is noticeable and not as spongy as the original blue TTC.
