My Xoro Dab 700 Ir keeps hanging up and can no longer be operated. (has to be restarted) This is very annoying!!! Please help H. M.

1 Unfortunately, this happens again and again in our city flat with weak FM and DAB+ signals.
2. in the weekend house we have good reception with the same radio and XORO DAB+ can be received without any problems.
Unfortunately, I don't have a solution for 1.
