Question about NZXT Kraken Z63
ne small question at the edge what happens if one the usb cable where for sotware is there with rgb header purely plugs my colleague said his nzxt display is broken how can that go the ?
If he connected the USB plug to the RGB header, the display and probably all the other electronics will be broken.
This is because the RGB header probably sent too much voltage to the USB port (or only via a wrong pin) and now a chip or something similar has burnt out.
Maybe Digitec is accommodating enough for a DOA, but actually this damage would be self-inflicted.
But first try again whether the whole thing really doesn't work any more, possibly also in another PC. Just connect it properly this time.
