Question about Devolo Magic 1 WiFi Multiroom kit 2-1-3

Our router is in the living room and the Wi-Fi reception in the office is pretty poor. Does it make sense to use the Devolo to bring "the fast network" into the office via Powerline and then connect a Deco M4, for example, to this Devolo socket in the office? Can we say that double is better or would that be too much of a good thing?

I agree with Roger_widmer's answer.
Additional WLAN devices could even only interfere and reduce the bandwidth.

The distribution of the LAN via Devolo works quickly and reliably. An additional WLAN like the Deco is unnecessary, as there are also Devolos that have integrated WLAN. It's up to you whether you want to use the existing router only as an Internet receiver and use WLAN from Devolo in general. Maybe you should simply measure the data rate with both versions.

I would turn off the normal router and then use the two WLAN sockets. Especially if you connect the one Wi-Fi socket directly to the router, the latency shouldn't be too bad.
