Practically all adapters (with multiport) including this one fail at the HDMI connection, either unstable, low Hz or not working at all. Is there ANY adapter that is stable and supports 4K60Hz?

You won't find anything about USB-C with only one port assignment. You need at least a 2-port like this one: Satechi ST-TCDMMAM (HDMI, 60W, USB Type C, USB A)
Or you can use a Thunderbolt 3 dock if your laptop has one. The bottleneck is the data bandwidth that a single USB-C port can deliver. 4K@60Hz requires about 18 Gps, which is beyond the bandwidth of USB-C 3.1 Gen2. This should then no longer be a problem for future laptops with USB4.
