Question about Kingston ValueRAM
Product purchased for a Dell Latitude E6510. It looks like this RAM does not fit: BOIS recognises the memory size, but the PC crashes during the memory test and Windows boot. Is that the case?

The Dell Latitude E6510 does not support high-density RAM. I recommend that you only use RAM recommended by the memory manufacturer in this case. It is also not recommended to mix different memory modules from different manufacturers/brands. For 8GB, a duopack of 2x 4GB is recommended.

Unfortunately, I can't help. I can only remember that I bought several RAMs until one finally fitted. The rest I could either return at a reduced price or sell on myself.
