Question about Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Duo

Question in the round - can I get an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X cooled sensibly with the duo? I'm worried about the longevity of the AIO and the noise from the pump. Darkrock pro is a huge block. the duo still seems nice, but I don't know if the cooling capacity is enough. I would only overclock the cpu slightly if necessary, I'm not an HC OC.... Opinions?

I have this cooler with a ryzen 7 3700x in operation and no problems neither with cooling performance nor with noise level.
But I also have a lot of airflow in the case.
