Quick charge 3.0 is only the orange connector, is that right? And the other two are just ordinary 2.4V connectors? if so, a 3-port connector with quick charge seems to be two-thirds false advertising.

Exactly, the orange connector is Quick Charge 3.0 and the other two are ordinary connectors with max. 2.4A / 5V output power each.

That is a good question. "Ordinary" USB 3.0 only supplies 5 V at 4.5 W. A more precise product description would be necessary.
