The dynamic pricing policy simply sucks... Why should I first get it for 399 and then about 1 hour for 350.- and then again for 399.-? People feel like they've been taken for a ride when you've taken an extra 50.- out of their pockets...

If something like this happens to you, call the customer service afterwards. I had this happen the other day when I bought a lens. I bought it for 1213 francs and one hour after buying it it was available for 1099 francs. Customer service then credited the 114 francs to my digitec account. So they are customer-friendly. You just have to make yourself noticed.
