the printer show error 79 and cannot be fixed. I have tried all the solutions written in the community without success. Has somebody the same problem…?

i have tried the update, the in and off and the set up back to factory basic nothing worked

Don't know which "community" and what was advised there. However, the "error series 79" is described in detail online at HP - and then it also says that if the measures do not help, the only option is to contact HP support. Good luck.
