Question about Canon EOS R8 Kit

This camera, which digitec does not recommend (what does Canon Switzerland think?), does not have an image stabiliser. On the other hand, does the lens in the kit have a built-in stabiliser? Thank you.

Yes, IS in the name means that it has a stabiliser. But it is urgently needed with this extremely low-light standard zoom.

It's the best full-frame camera you can get for the money. For 1000 Stutz more an R6 ii with IS? For that I get 3 prime lenses (50, 85, 35) and a second battery with the R8. No one needs IS, unless you do wildlife photography, then take an APS C from Canon or a Sony RX10 IV (still top for that). The Sony A7IV only has the better lens offer, but is otherwise clearly behind.
