Unfortunately, I bought the stick. At the beginning, I can upload the data at a speed of about 15 MB/s. However, after about a third, this rate drops to 3 MB/s. However, after about a third of the way through, this rate drops to 3 MB/s. What is the reason for this?

I would reformat the stick to NTFS. It could also be the data, certain data (especially very small files) are very difficult to copy.
