Unfortunately, two wrong mains plugs for the monitor were delivered...one DE plug with the correct connection for the monitor, one CH plug with the wrong connection for the monitor. The connection cables to the laptop also have a loose contact, I have already tried everything and it is not the laptop or its adapter. Will the correct cable be delivered later?

I also received the wrong CH cable (the employee at the pick-up counter handed me a CH plug cable - but not a 3-pin one for the monitor but only a smaller two-pin one...). But I always have several cables in reserve (from old monitors or PCs)... Otherwise, the monitor runs flawlessly...

For power cables, the EU plug is usually supplied. The Swiss cable is packed by the distributor (Digitec) before shipment. Some device boxes have an extra access for this.
So contact Digitec support, they will/must supply the correct cable.
