If I can give you any advice: Order from any other manufacturer. The delivery time is "unknown" because Teufel is in extreme chaos and they cannot meet their obligations. See, for example, on Facebook, where the last few weeks have accumulated an extremely large number of negative reviews regarding delivery times and service.

Delivery times belong to the customer service. How should the community be able to answer this if it only says "unknown", as you say ;-)?
