What is the difference between MagSafe 2 and MagSafe 3? Can the new MacBook Pro 14" M1 be charged with an Apple MagSafe 2 (60 W)?

Magsafe 3 has a new, thinner connector and uses a PD (power delivery) standard power supply, which can deliver up to 140 watts. The MacBook Pro 14" M1 can only be charged with the new Magsafe 3.
