Samsung Electronics GmbH
Hello,
Thank you for your enquiry.
Both SSDs offer their advantages. The Samsung SSD 870 QVO SATA III 2.5 inch MZ-77Q2T0BW is suitable for users who want to equip their laptop or desktop computer with an enormous amount of storage space for everyday use - without compromising on performance. It has a lifetime capacity of 720 TBW. In comparison, the Samsung SSD 870 EVO SATA III 2.5-inch MZ-77E2T0B/EU gives you almost double the lifespan of 1,200 TBW. It would be the right choice if you work in the business sector with large amounts of data and want to transfer them quickly. Intelligent TurboWrite technology enables high write speeds and a large variable buffer ensures impressive performance at a long-lasting high level.
For more information, please visit the Samsung website again and enter the SSD you are looking for in the search field.
Best regards from Schwalbach

The difference is the type of memory used (TLC or QLC). This has an influence on the write/read performance and the possible lifetime.
