At first glance, the UK850 offers HDR10 support, hardware calibration of the monitor and internal speakers. The USB ports on the back are also not quite identical. You'll have to check the technical specifications for more details.

HDR is supposed to provide more contrast and truer colours. The hardware calibration is especially necessary when you want to edit and print pictures, so that the print shows the same colours as on the monitor. The information from the calibration is stored directly in the monitor, which means, in simple terms, that you can connect the monitor to any PC and it will always display the same colours.
