New there are 2 coloured LEDs for the port display. Yellow Fast Ethernet, green Gigabit Ethernet.

Apart from the lower power consumption and the smaller housing size, I can't see any functional differences. Only in the 5-port variant have they finally disabled IGMP, which causes more problems than it helps when unmanaged.
