What is the difference between this Zyxel GS-108B v5 from January 2025 and the GS-108B v3 from November 2015 (item no. 5656388), apart from the price?

I was able to do some research and according to the manufacturer's specifications I could not find any significant differences. I assume that small internet changes/improvements have been made in V5, but the end results remain the same compared to V3, so I conclude that the differences are not noticeable for the end user.
