What the fuck? Schuko plug? Is it still working? When I order a device in Switzerland from a Swiss online shop, I expect a cable that is compatible with Swiss sockets.

Unfortunately, this is quite common at Digitec. You can get in touch with support, with a bit of luck you'll get a whole CH cable (something great like that) instead of an adapter.
