Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 devices purchased before 30.09.22 can still be registered until 23.10.22 at watch5.samsung.ch. Proof of purchase with date and price must be uploaded.

As far as I know, this should have happened before 30 September. The registration was done directly via Samsung, I can't find the link anymore. But you can try this email: promotion_ch@email.support.samsung.com (I have this contact because I still haven't received my Buds).
