Which connections support 4K? Example: Connected MacBook Pro via USB-C (4K) and PS4 Pro with which port?

I use all four connections and can say that they all support 4k at 60hz. However, the prerequisite for this is that your cables and end devices are capable of outputting 4k 60hz.
