Which mousepad is recommended for this mouse? Has Apple ever thought about this?

Hi Frederik0, I've been using this mouse since it came out and all its predecessors too. I have had the best experience without mousepads. A texture-free tabletop is usually totally sufficient, at least for my application purposes (desktop publishing/technical image editing in Photoshop). At work it is a white tabletop and at home a wooden tabletop (beech) with little grain. The mouse works perfectly on both surfaces.
With mice from other manufacturers, I sometimes had the problem that the mouse pointer on the screen did not move in the same way as the mouse on an uneven surface. I then laminated a grey cardboard with matt self-adhesive film.
