Why does this graphics card have spoolfuepen in every game?

This depends on the load of the graphics card. If the components are not perfectly matched to each other, this can happen at higher loads. It does not represent a defect or pending defect. If it bothers you too much, you can try replacing it, but there is no guarantee that a 1:1 replacement will not have the same effect. Otherwise, choose a different graka. Greetings

Especially with voltage converters, the harmless but annoying "coil whine" occurs; in this case often with the well loaded graphics card. If you are sure that it is really the graphics card (and not the power supply unit, which may be too small, or even the mainboard), you can reduce the load (and thus the beeping) on the coils by limiting the FPS (e.g. via VSync). Of course, a lower frame rate and slightly higher lags is a compromise. Alternatively, you could also insulate your housing better to reduce the audibility of the high-frequency beeping. Otherwise, the only option is to have it replaced by a (hopefully) accommodating seller...
P.S. This problem has not occurred with my graphics card so far.

I don't hear anything either. Bad luck, I guess...
