Will this wall mount hold the Samsung LC43J890DKUXEN monitor? According to the specifications, the mount is up to 43 inches and 25kg. The monitor is 43 inches and weighs only 13kg. So it should work ?

Better still, check whether the mount on the screen matches the plate on the wall bracket. If this is the case, there is nothing to stop the combination.
The wall mount is quite massive and holds the weight without any problem
