With my replaced screen I can only set 85hz I have tried everything with the defective model 144hz worked without problems (no cable change)

A bit difficult to judge. If it was 144hz before, it's not the graphics card or the cable. Have you tried changing the hz using the monitor buttons on the side and doing the same in the computer settings/Nvidia Control Panel? It might help if you reset the monitor to factory settings via the OSD menu and try again.
