Well, 750MB/s is the maximum transfer rate of the SATA3 standard (6GBits). Of course, the hard drive can't cope with that, as others have already written here. It just happens when you copy data uncleanly or don't even understand what data belongs to what.

Why don't you finally change this specification! (750 MB/s write/read speed)
