I agree with you! Whoever is responsible for purchasing should finally put pressure on the supplier. This is really absolutely ridiculous!

On Christmas Digitec only sent 1/4 of their preorder. So they still have to send 3/4 of PS5 digital edition. It's normal that they are not selling on their site anymore. I order mine at 9:41 and I'm at the late middle of the full preorder list.

Digitec is definitely a bad option for pre-orders for scarce products (made the same mistake, ordered on 17.9. and haven't received anything yet). The reason for this actually makes sense to me: Digitec has many times more people ordering the PS5 (due to awareness etc.), but Digitec does not receive many times more consoles. Therefore, the probability of getting one is correspondingly smaller than at smaller retailers (if you manage to order one there).
