We have used this tray from birth and everything should already be included in the pack. The instructions state the weight/size at which the individual inserts can be removed.

The base for the Maxi-Cosi Pebble Pro car seat is sold separately. This is a common configuration for this type of product, where the ISOFIX base, such as the FamilyFix 360 Pro Base, must be purchased separately for optimum use of the car seat. This base allows additional functions such as seat rotation and sliding, but is not included in the standard pack of the car seat itself.
