It really does help (in the long run)
Haven't worn them very regularly (can't really hide them), however I definitely notice a difference. Before, the chest blacks were never hard (outward), now they are.
With me, there was the problem at first that they fell away after a short time. However, moistening the nipple at the edge a little has remedied the situation.Pro
