My supplementary health insurance reimburses me for part of the cost of my order, even if I order online, but they ask me for an invoice as proof. Do you provide this automatically?

Yes, when you place an order you will first receive an order confirmation. Then, once the order has been sent and paid for, a receipt will be available for download (PDF document) at any time via your customer account under the order in question. This document serves as an invoice and is the document you will need to provide to your health insurance company.
