Application:
1. Apply the super glue thinly on one side. The thinner the adhesive film, the stronger and faster the bond will be.
2. Then press the surfaces together directly and hold for about 10 to 80 seconds (depending on the material).
3. For optimal storage, keep the adhesive cool and dry.

Instructions for use | Substrate pre-treatment: Almost all absorbent and non-absorbent materials are suitable as substrates, except PE, PP, PTFE, etc. The substrates must be solid, clean and free of release agents. Remove release agents with a suitable solvent, e.g. alcohol, or sand the surface. A prerequisite for the adhesive to set is the absorption of small amounts of moisture (from the air or from one of the materials to be bonded). Always check coatings for adhesion and remove if necessary. Opening: Cover the working area to protect it. To open the tube for the first time, screw the complete cap firmly onto the tube. Application: Apply a thin layer of adhesive on one side. The thinner the adhesive film, the faster and stronger the bond. Join the parts immediately and press together for approx. 10 - 80 seconds (depending on the material). Correction is possible in the first 10 seconds. Cleaning: Clean immediately after employees with alcohol or solvent. Wipe dry. |
