The LogiLink BP0044 desk mount for monitors up to 32 inches allows the monitor to be rotated, but not by 90 degrees. The monitor can usually be rotated horizontally and tilted, but a full 90 degree rotation (i.e. from landscape to portrait format) is not possible.
