Does it have to be delivered in so much plastic packaging? We want to avoid plastic waste, which is disposed of in incinerators and produces CO2. Not recommendable. So much waste for so little ink.

I think your impulse and question are absolutely justified. But I think you're going about it the wrong way, placing it with Galaxus. It would be better to feed your objection directly to Canon...
